Start with the toy type and play pattern you need. Depending on the SKU, functions may include automatic or random movement, obstacle avoidance, motion-sensor activation, timed shutoff, multiple speeds, remote control, app control, lights, sound, laser, replaceable feathers or tails, and spaces for treats or catnip.

Next, confirm the power source and construction for each shortlisted SKU. Models may use dry batteries, button cells, or rechargeable lithium batteries, while USB-C or Micro-USB charging depends on the model. Construction may include ABS or PP housings with plush, fabric, or metal parts, plus model-specific motors, PCBs, sensors, LEDs, or laser modules.
For smart cat toys, confirm whether the model uses sensor activation, remote control, or app control. Runtime, charging time, noise, sensing distance, laser specifications, speed, size, and weight must come from the exact model rather than a category-wide estimate.
Order Coordination

As your supplier, Preeminent handles design, development, procurement, and quality control. Production is carried out through multiple partner factories, which perform manufacturing steps such as injection molding, electronic assembly, and firmware programming or software configuration when the selected product requires them.
Each order uses only the stages it needs, with specifications and samples approved before production continues. In-stock, private-label, packaging, and development orders may require different samples and approvals. Third-party testing or inspection can also be coordinated when required.

In-Stock Ordering
In-Stock Wholesale Orders
Choose this option when an existing SKU fits without product or packaging development. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per SKU.
Available styles can be mixed in one order, but each SKU must still meet its 100-piece minimum. Samples are paid, and the sample fee can be refunded when a bulk order is placed. Preparing an in-stock sample normally takes 5–10 days. Bulk production normally takes 25–45 days from receipt of the deposit, subject to the selected SKU, material and component readiness, sample approval, packaging, quantity, and order confirmation. This production window does not include freight, customs, or delivery.

Private Label
Logo and Private Label Orders
For an existing product, we can add your logo and match an approved Pantone color. The usual MOQ is 500–1,000 pieces per SKU, with the exact minimum based on the product, marking method, artwork, color, electronics, sample and testing needs, packaging, destination market, and feasibility.
The approved sample remains the reference for color and appearance. We do not structurally modify an existing molded housing; a request that changes the housing or internal layout requires separate new-mold or ODM development.
Custom Packaging
Custom Packaging for Retail and Distribution
Supported packaging options include OPP bags, blister packs, backing cards, color boxes, and display boxes. Instructions, warning labels, and barcodes can also be customized for the selected product and destination.
The usual custom-packaging MOQ is 500–1,000 pieces per SKU. Product and packaging MOQs may be calculated separately. Before quotation and sample approval, we confirm the package structure, protection, artwork, labels, quantity, and how the packaging MOQ is calculated. Market compliance must be confirmed separately for the finished product and destination market.
Custom Development
ODM, New-Mold, and Electronic Development
Logo, color, and packaging can be customized while the base product remains unchanged. If your concept changes the structure, electronics, movement program, firmware, app features, functions, or complete product, it moves to custom development. Preeminent supports OEM/ODM work, new molds, PCB and electronics development, firmware or app development, function and accessory changes, and complete new-product development, subject to feasibility.
No single fixed MOQ
There is no single fixed MOQ for a fully custom item. The quantity and plan are agreed after reviewing the concept, intended use, structure, tooling complexity, electronic and software requirements, design ownership or intellectual-property permissions, testing, packaging, destination market, cost, and timing. Existing molded housings are not structurally modified; a structural change requires a new mold.

Quality & Documentation
Product-Specific Quality Checks and Documents
The inspection plan is based on the selected SKU, approved specification and sample, intended market, packaging, and order requirements. Checks may cover appearance, dimensions, motor operation, charging, battery, sensors, remote or app control, laser function, small parts, attachment security, packaging, manuals, warnings, barcodes, and pre-shipment checks. Depending on the agreed plan, checks may be arranged as sampling or full inspection, and third-party testing or inspection can also be coordinated.

The available shipping method and required documents are confirmed for the exact product, battery type, battery model and capacity, installed configuration, quantity, packaging, destination country, carrier, route, and current transport rules. Battery files can be supplied only when they match the actual SKU and battery model being shipped.

Dry-battery models ship without batteries, so "batteries not included" applies. Rechargeable versions include a rechargeable battery, supplied as an installed lithium battery.
