We offer both stocked bowls and catalog designs made to order. For unbranded stock, the minimum is 20–50 pieces per SKU. Different styles, colors and sizes count as separate SKUs. Mixed stock orders must reach at least 100 pieces in total while meeting each SKU's minimum.

Choose logo placement, color and decoration
Ceramic cat and dog bowls can carry your logo on the body, bottom or interior, or use an all-over pattern. We help you choose a suitable decoration method and logo placement for your design and intended use. Options include colored or sprayed glaze, decals, raised patterns (relief), screen printing, hand painting and metallic detailing; stands can use laser marking.
Choose glossy, matte or reactive-glaze finishes, or raised decorative detail. Bowl colors, stands and branded packaging can be coordinated as a set. The finish you choose also affects the care instructions.

Stand options include bamboo, wood (including acacia), iron and acrylic. Rubber or silicone bases and PVC or silicone mats are available for compatible designs; accessories depend on the combination ordered. Sets using an existing stand follow the bowl minimum.
Color matching & sample approval
We use your Pantone reference to mix colors, share sample photos and video, then send a physical sample for comparison and approval. A fee applies to logo or color samples, which typically take 10–15 days. The sample fee can be credited against the bulk order. We can adjust sample colors. Revised decal artwork requires an additional charge for new decal paper.
Production & packaging
Existing-design customization typically takes 20–30 days from payment for production and packaging preparation. This period excludes sampling; shipping transit is additional.

From your idea to a workable design
Start with a reference image, sketch, design file or structural drawing. We review the shape, size, capacity and internal partitions with you to assess what is feasible to produce. We can develop 3D and structural drawings from your initial idea. New shapes require 1,000–3,000 pieces per SKU, depending on the design.
Tooling costs & mold arrangements
Tooling costs approximately USD 150–300, quoted for the specific mold. The mold fee is not credited against the bulk order. You will not be charged the same tooling fee again when that mold is used for bulk production. Changes to a molded shape or relief may require another mold and additional tooling fees. For a mold based on your design, we can agree to use it only for your orders.

Dishwasher and Microwave Use Depend on the Finish
Dishwasher and microwave suitability varies by design and finish. Some plain, solid-color ceramic bowls are suitable for both; follow the care instructions for the exact model.
Metallic decoration
Do not microwave bowls with gold or silver rims or other metallic patterns.
Stands & everyday care
Treat stands, bases and mats separately from the ceramic bowl and follow their own care instructions.
Keep the glazed surface intact: stop using a bowl if it develops cracks or chips, and avoid sudden temperature changes.
Packaging & delivery
Protective Packaging, Shipping and Damage Support
Packing and shipment arrangements
Our standard packaging uses a kraft box for each bowl or set, with expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam inserts and cushioning. We use the same protective approach for individual shipments and bulk exports. Custom boxes, inserts and cushioning are available, and outer cartons carry fragile labels.

For your order, we can provide carton quantities, dimensions, gross weight and pallet plans.

We support sea freight, air freight and courier shipping. DDP shipping, FBA labeling and warehouse-delivery coordination can be arranged for your shipment.

Payment is 30% in advance, with the balance paid before shipment.
If a shipment arrives with a problem
For breakage, quantity discrepancies or quality concerns, send photos of the outer carton, inner box and any damaged items. We review the details with you and determine the remedy case by case.
