We commonly use PP and ABS for bowl bodies, stands, floating disks and storage containers, depending on the model. Anti-slip bases are generally made of rubber. Some models include removable stainless steel inner bowls.

Start with Unbranded Stock
Unbranded stock starts at 50 pieces per SKU, subject to availability.
Mix styles, sizes and colors, with a minimum of 50 pieces per SKU.
You can mix styles, sizes and colors while meeting the minimum for each SKU. Mixing is available only for unbranded stock orders.
Samples of existing styles usually take 5–10 days. Stock orders usually take 15–25 days from receipt of your deposit, excluding transportation.

Brand an existing bowl with screen or pad printing. The printing method and position depend on the bowl's design and material.

Your own design
Develop Your Own Plastic Bowl
We can develop custom plastic pet bowls from your idea or drawing, including design and 3D samples. Changes to size, shape or the internal slow-feeder structure require a new mold. Raised or recessed molded logos also need a review of the design and tooling.
Mold ownership & order terms
For your own design, mold ownership and exclusive use belong to you. The order agreement specifies mold costs, ownership and exclusive-use terms. The order minimum is discussed according to the design; mixed styles, sizes and colors are not offered for new-mold orders.
From prototype to production
Sampling and bulk production are separate stages:

Usually 15–20 days after approval of the design and structural drawings.

Usually 35–60 days, including mold making and mold trials. This is separate from the 3D prototype.

Usually 45–60 days after mold making, trials and sample approval are complete and your deposit has been received. Mold-making time and transportation are additional to this bulk-production period.
