Existing styles & MOQs

Order Bulk Dog Collars and Cat Collars from Existing Styles

Your MOQ depends on how much you want to change.

Ordering option What you can change MOQ
Existing or in-stock style Current SKU, size, and available color 50 pieces per SKU
Logo or private label Brand an existing collar using a compatible method 200 pieces per SKU
Custom pattern or color from an existing webbing color card Change the pattern or webbing color while keeping the base collar design 200 pieces per SKU
Pantone-specific webbing dyeing Dye webbing to a requested Pantone color 1,000 pieces per SKU

Mixed styles and colors

For in-stock orders, current styles and colors may be mixed only when inventory and order details allow it. Mixing does not remove the 50-piece minimum for each SKU.

Branding and customization

Depending on the collar, branding can include a logo, sublimation printing, screen printing, heat-transfer printing, embroidery, woven labels, rubber labels, leather labels, or laser engraving on hardware. Custom buckles, nameplates, instructions, labels, and packaging are also available when compatible with the collar; artwork, color tolerance, sample needs, quantity, and feasibility still depend on the design.

For existing designs: These MOQs apply to existing collar designs. Structural changes, new designs, custom hardware or tooling, and custom packaging have separate MOQs and feasibility requirements.

Already have a collar style or reference? Send it with your target quantity and branding needs for an initial feasibility and MOQ review.

Existing design modification

Modify an Existing Collar Design

If an existing collar is close to what you need, we can modify its construction, materials, dimensions, hardware, lining, handles, closures, or other details. The starting MOQ is 200 pieces per SKU when the base design is retained.

Starting MOQ

200 pieces per SKU

What to send

Send the base collar or reference and mark the structural changes you need. We will assess the materials, dimensions, hardware, sample requirements, and any new tooling before sampling.

New product development

Develop a Fully Custom OEM or ODM Collar

A fully custom dog or cat collar typically starts at 200–500 pieces per SKU. The exact minimum depends mainly on construction, hardware, features, and whether new tooling is required.

Production from your design

OEM development

Choose OEM development when you already have a collar design, specification, or reference sample that should be produced under your brand.

Development from your concept

ODM development

Choose ODM development when you want Preeminent to help turn a product concept into a manufacturable collar design.

What to send

Send your design or reference sample and expected quantity. We will use this information to confirm the specifications, branding, packaging, testing needs, and sampling plan before production.

Typical starting MOQ

200–500 pieces

per SKU

If your development plan also covers other pet categories, review our custom pet product development service.

Custom hardware & tooling

Create Custom Hardware or New Tooling

You can use standard buckles, rings, adjusters, and fittings without new tooling. We assess new tooling when your design requires a custom buckle, nameplate, fitting, mold, or other component, with a typical MOQ of 1,000–3,000 pieces per SKU.

Provide a drawing or reference sample with the required material, dimensions, finish, function, and quantity. The quotation will cover tooling ownership, cost, mold reuse, sampling, testing, timing, and production feasibility.

Factory & quality

See How Your Pet Collars Are Made and Checked

As the pet collar manufacturer, Preeminent manages collar design, material sourcing, sampling, webbing preparation, dyeing or printing, cutting, component assembly, reinforced stitching, logo application, inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation in its own factory. The exact sequence varies by product and order. Some raw materials and components are sourced externally.

A typical production path is:

  1. 1

Confirm the design, specifications, and materials.

  2. 2

Procure materials and prepare, dye, or print the webbing when required.

  3. 3

Cut the webbing and assemble the selected components.

  4. 4

Reinforce the collar with the required stitching and apply the approved logo.

  5. 5

Inspect the collars, pack them according to the confirmed requirements, and prepare the order for shipment.

Quality inspection

Quality checks can cover dimensions, appearance, stitching, loose threads, buckle function, hardware, logo placement, packaging, tensile testing, and colorfastness. Depending on the product and order, we may inspect every piece or use sampling inspection. Inspection methods, acceptance requirements, and test values are confirmed for the selected collar.

Third-party testing

We can coordinate buyer-requested third-party testing after confirming the product, destination market, standard, samples, timing, and order requirements. Any certificate or report must match the exact collar and market.
