Hardware & fittings
Hardware choices include plastic or metal buckles and strap adjusters, metal or coated D-rings, and spring, swivel, frog-style or lobster-style leash hooks. Locking-hook options are also available; specify the mechanism, dimensions and finish for the fitting you choose.

Color coordination
Coordinate fabrics using their own color cards, and use the same fabric where practical: different fabrics can produce different shades. Metal finishes, coated hardware colors and plastic fitting colors can be coordinated within each hardware type.

Orders using existing material colors or your own print artwork start at 100 complete sets per set SKU. We will confirm the set contents, materials and print details, including how size, color and pattern options are counted toward the minimum. Pantone custom dyeing has a separate minimum order quantity.
This 100-set minimum applies to custom orders, not stock purchases.
CUSTOM COLOR DEVELOPMENT
Custom Dyeing to Your Pantone Reference
For a custom-dyed brand color, share the Pantone reference, intended material and approximate quantity. Pantone dyeing requires 500-1,000 complete sets per set SKU, with the exact minimum determined by the material, color, design and order. Color development and dyeing work incur charges.

Modify a Style or Develop a New Set
Change the webbing width, leash length, harness shape and construction, or hardware shape to develop your own set. Start with drawings, a physical sample, print artwork or an idea. We review the design and how the components work together before confirming the development details and costs.

Structural modifications and new development require 200-500 complete sets per set SKU. The exact minimum depends on the design, materials, hardware, tooling and feasibility. Pattern making for new styles and custom hardware development incur charges.
We can sign a confidentiality agreement for exclusive designs or molds you commission. Ownership of those designs and molds belongs to you under the agreed contract.

Samples, Lead Times and Payment
All samples are chargeable. Sample fees can be credited toward a bulk order, and sample revisions are available. We confirm the sample fees, credit terms and any revision work with you for your order.

Stock orders are usually dispatched within 20–35 days of the payment stage agreed for the order. Custom bulk orders usually require 20–35 days from the agreed payment stage until production is complete and the goods are ready for shipment. Sample preparation and shipping transit are scheduled separately.
We confirm which payment starts the lead time for each order. Payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.

Each complete set is packed in one bag as standard. For branded collections or gift sets, choose custom zipper bags or custom-printed boxes. We can assemble sets to your requirements and add set barcodes, size labels and instruction cards.

Custom Packaging Has a Separate MOQ
Custom packaging has its own minimum order quantity, calculated separately according to the packaging format. Include the bag or box requirements when requesting your set quote.

We also support shipment coordination, labeling, Amazon FBA preparation and consolidated shipping. The transport method, destination, trade terms and preparation requirements are agreed for the order.

We produce walking sets in our own factory and handle set assembly, checks and packing together. Depending on the style, production includes webbing work, cutting, printing, sewing, reinforcement and hardware assembly.
