Existing Cat Tunnel Styles for Wholesale Orders
There are four ways to source cat tunnels: order an existing style, add private-label branding, modify a current design or develop a fully custom product.
Starting MOQ
100 pieces
Per selected style and color, without a custom logo.
For an unchanged existing style without a custom logo, the MOQ is 100 pieces per selected style and color. Stock is maintained for selected items, but current SKU and color availability must be checked for each order.
Mixed styles or colors can be discussed when stock allows, but each selected style and color must still meet its minimum. Available in-stock samples can be prepared from confirmed SKUs before a bulk order. Sample preparation time and international shipping time are confirmed separately.

Private Label Cat Tunnels
Choose private label when you want to add your brand to an existing cat tunnel design without developing a new structure from scratch. Depending on the product, branding can include a logo application, pattern, Pantone reference, labels, barcode or FNSKU labeling, and custom packaging.
The product MOQ is 1,000 pieces per selected style and color. Branding method, fabric, artwork, color tolerance, packaging and testing requirements must be reviewed for the chosen design before sample approval.
A private-label sample typically takes 10–15 days to prepare after the product, artwork, branding method, packaging and sample requirements are confirmed. The estimate covers sample preparation and excludes international shipping and additional revisions.

Sample Policy
Existing-style, logo and fully custom samples require a fee. The sample fee can be credited after the corresponding bulk order is placed, while international sample freight is paid by the buyer. Sample charges, freight, duties and taxes are confirmed for the destination.
Sample Timing
An available in-stock sample typically takes 5–7 days to prepare. Private-label samples typically take 10–15 days, and fully custom samples typically take 25–35 days after their requirements are confirmed.
Production Timing
Bulk production typically takes 25–35 days after the product and order requirements are confirmed. These periods cover preparation or production, not international freight, customs or arrival time; design revisions, testing, packaging, quantity and season can affect the schedule. Inspection, testing and packaging requirements are confirmed for each product and order.
