Material construction
Natural-rubber core with felt cover
Each ball has a natural-rubber core. Polyester felt is standard, while wool-blend felt is available for suitable products or custom specifications. Exact grades, blends, adhesives, inks, dyes and additives depend on the chosen construction.
Safety and use boundary
The materials are confirmed as non-toxic and free of harmful substances for the intended supervised fetch use of the chosen product. Select an appropriate size, supervise play, inspect the toy regularly and replace it if damaged. These balls are not chew-proof and are not intended for ingestion.
Can every ball type be made in every size?
Not every combination is available. The type, size, pack, bounce and felt must be confirmed as one workable combination.
When is wool-blend felt available?
It is offered for suitable products or custom specifications; the exact construction must be confirmed for the order.

In-Stock Balls Without Customization
For unbranded in-stock balls from 100 pieces per SKU, the product, size and pack are confirmed before quotation. Availability is checked when you request a quote; this option does not reserve inventory or set a shipment date.
06 · Logo printing
In-Stock Balls With Your Logo
For in-stock balls with your logo from 300 pieces per SKU, the one-time USD 80 setup fee is confirmed against the artwork, product and imprint method. The fee is not charged again for the related bulk order or later orders using the same logo identity, artwork and method. Custom-size mold fees are separate.

For specially dyed Pantone felt from 10,000 pieces per SKU, provide the Pantone reference and preferred felt material. Dye feasibility, production tolerance and sample approval must be confirmed before bulk production; an exact color match is not guaranteed.
09 · Custom size
Develop a Custom Ball Size
A new ball size requires custom tooling and a separate mold fee. The tooling plan, fee and minimum quantity are determined after reviewing the target size, construction, material, expected quantity, sample needs and mold plan. No fixed minimum or tooling price applies before that review.

Production, Quality Checks and Order Support
Preeminent coordinates production of custom dog tennis balls through a long-term manufacturing partner. After requirements are confirmed, samples typically take 5-7 days and bulk production typically takes 20-35 days, excluding transit. Timing depends on the product, material, artwork, tooling, packaging, testing, quantity and order details.

Testing coordination
Product or material testing can be coordinated after the destination-market requirements are defined and the customer places the order. The laboratory, standard, timing and cost are confirmed separately. Reports and results apply only to the arranged test and chosen order; no universal certification is implied.
Export experience
Preeminent has supported exports to Europe, North America, Japan and Australia. This experience does not establish compliance for every product or destination, so the applicable requirements must be reviewed for each order.
Does the 20-35 day production time include shipping?
Transit time is separate. The 20-35 days cover bulk production after requirements are confirmed.
Do all orders include the same testing?
Testing varies by order. It is arranged for the chosen product and destination requirements, with the laboratory, standard, timing and cost confirmed separately.
