Open-Top Litter Pans: The classic style, which we offer in various sizes with optional high sides or removable rims to reduce litter scatter. 2. Hooded/Covered Litter Boxes: Our most popular style. Features a removable hood that provides privacy for the cat and effectively contains odors and litter scatter. Often includes a swinging door and a carbon filter slot. 3. Top-Entry Litter Boxes: A modern design that is highly effective at preventing litter tracking. The cat enters through a hole in the lid and exits the same way, forcing most litter to fall off their paws and back into the box through the grated top. 4.Sifting Litter Boxes: A multi-tray system (typically 3 pieces) designed to make cleaning easy. The owner lifts the top sifting tray, allowing clean litter to fall through while clumps remain for easy disposal.

We offer several levels of customization: 1. OEM Customization: 1.1 Custom Color: For large volume orders, we can produce the litter box in your specific brand Pantone color. 1.2 Branding: We can add your logo via a durable, waterproof sticker or, for very large orders, by incorporating it directly into the production mold. 2. Advantages: Stainless steel is the ultimate hygienic surface. It is completely non-porous, will never absorb odors or stains, and will not harbor bacteria. It's incredibly durable, will not scratch like plastic, and offers a sleek, modern, industrial aesthetic. 3. Hybrid (Stainless Steel Pan + Plastic Rim): This design offers the best of both worlds. Advantages: It combines a hygienic, easy-to-clean stainless steel base pan with a removable, high-sided plastic rim or hood. The steel provides the odor and scratch resistance on the inside, while the plastic component reduces litter scatter and is lighter and less expensive than a full steel enclosure. 4. Fabric (Collapsible/Travel): This is our specialty option for travel and temporary use. Advantages: Made from durable, waterproof fabrics (like Oxford cloth with a PVC liner), these litter boxes are incredibly lightweight and can be folded down completely flat. They are the perfect portable solution for road trips, camping, or for use in hotels.

Logistical efficiency is key for bulky products. We maximize container space by: 1. Nesting: Our open-top litter pans are designed with a slight taper, allowing them to be "nested" (stacked one inside the other) for shipment. 2. Shipping Disassembled: Hooded litter boxes are always shipped with the hood separate from the base. The hoods are nested together, and the bases are nested together, dramatically reducing the overall volume compared to shipping them assembled.
