Hardware materials include zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, brass and iron. Choose from conventional snap hooks, locking and swivel styles, frog clips and lobster clips, with D-rings, A-rings, figure-eight fittings and rectangular adjusters. Existing hardware styles are available, and new designs can be developed. The sample confirms the hardware material, size, finish and placement.
When evaluating a sample, compare the material texture, handle padding, stitching and reinforcement. Check how the hook opens, closes and swivels, along with its dimensions, finish and position on the leash.
Wholesale Dog Leashes from Existing Styles
For bulk orders of existing styles, start with our catalog and the stock styles available in your preferred colors and sizes.
The minimum order for stock or regular styles is 50 Stück pro SKU. You can mix in-stock styles and colors in one order, provided each SKU meets its own minimum. We confirm the styles, colors, sizes and quantities available for your order.
Stock sample preparation typically takes 5-7 Tage excluding shipping time. We confirm sample availability and shipping costs with your request.
Private Label Dog Leashes with Your Logo and Colors
Start with an existing leash style and add your branding. We recommend logo and printing methods based on the leash material, artwork and space available for branding.
Branding options include woven, rubber and leather labels; screen printing, heat transfer and sublimation; embroidery; embossing or debossing; and laser marking on hardware. The sample lets you check label placement, logo size and the finished appearance.
Choosing from available stock colors follows the stock-order minimum. Choosing a color-card option for a customized order follows the customization minimum below.
Logo, custom pattern or existing color-card selection

Pantone-specific dyeing

Logo samples typically take 10-15 Tage to prepare. We confirm the start date after the leash style, artwork and branding method are approved and any required sample payment is received.
For existing retractable leash models, customization is limited to the casing color and logo. We can also coordinate leashes with matching collars and harnesses for a product series. Custom packaging has a separate minimum order quantity.

Develop a Custom Leash Design
Share a drawing or idea for a leash with a different length, construction or component. We assess the design and recommend materials and components before preparing a sample.

Custom hardware MOQ
For new hardware tooling, the minimum order is typically 1,000-3,000 hardware pieces per SKU. This quantity refers to hardware pieces, not finished leashes. Tooling costs depend on the hardware design.
New retractable housings or internal mechanisms require separate custom development. We assess the design and tooling requirements before quoting. Existing models support casing color and logo customization only.
Customers cover tooling costs, which are quoted separately based on the design. Fully custom designs belong to you, with design and tooling ownership terms documented in your order agreement.
Samples for new leash designs typically take 15-20 Tage to prepare. We confirm the start date after the design, feasibility, materials and sample charges are agreed. New mold development is scheduled separately.
Samples, Revisions and Bulk Production Timing
Evaluate the sample before confirming bulk production. The approved sample and agreed specifications become the reference for the order.
Available stock samples can be provided free of charge. Custom sample fees can be credited toward a subsequent bulk order, subject to the agreed order terms. We confirm sample quantities, freight and charges with your request. We support up to three rounds of sample revisions within the agreed scope.
Die Massenproduktion dauert typischerweise 25-45 Tage after design confirmation, sample approval and deposit receipt are all complete. The schedule is agreed for the product, quantity and production requirements. Dispatch preparation and transit are additional; any tooling schedule is assessed separately.

Your Dog Leash Manufacturer: Production and Quality Checks
Preeminent is a dog leash manufacturer producing leashes in our own factory. Depending on the leash design, we use webbing woven in-house or purchased ready-made webbing. Our team handles design and procurement, followed by material preparation, printing, cutting, sewing, hardware assembly, inspection and packing. We recommend materials, branding methods and components for your design and work with you on sample revisions.

Retractable models receive retraction and braking checks. LED models receive battery and function checks for their lighting and charging configuration.
Test reports are available for some leash styles. We confirm whether an existing report covers your product. We can also arrange third-party testing based on your product and target-market requirements, with the testing scope and timing agreed in advance.
Packaging and Shipment Support
Standard leash packaging is an OPP bag. Custom choices include zipper bags, header cards, backing cards, printed retail boxes and drawstring bags. We also support hangtags, paper sleeves, barcodes and instructions for retail and ecommerce packaging.
Custom packaging typically requires 500–1,000 Stück pro Artikelnummer, depending on the package design, printing and dimensions. The packaging minimum order quantity is separate from the leash minimum. Your order needs to meet both.
We support FBA labeling, shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers, consolidated shipments, sea freight and air freight. Shipping arrangements and service charges depend on your destination, order and shipping method. Battery transport requirements must be checked for LED leash shipments. Shipment preparation and transit time are separate from production time.
